Biarritz – France

Skane – Sweden
When you think of beach holidays then chances are that you won’t instantly think of Sweden. However, during the summer this particular part of Sweden gets around 17 hours of sunshine every day. Not only this but it also has some of the most beautiful beaches in the whole of Europe.

Madeira – Portugal
Found 310 miles from the African Coast, Madeira is a cluster of island which are in the north of the Atlantic Ocean and just southwest of Portugal. The landscape of Madeira may be on the rocky side, but over recent years it has taken steps to create some man-made beaches for sun seekers to enjoy.
As the latitude here is the same as Morocco, you can expect to see some gorgeous weather as well as plenty of warm waters that you can paddle in too!
Costa Daurada – Spain
Spain has always been a popular tourist destination, and this is usually because of the beautiful sunshine that you will find there. The Costa Daurada in particular has 13 hours of sunshine every day in August and September.

Lisbon – Portugal

Tenerife – The Canary Islands

Aarhus – Denmark
Another on the list for Denmark, Aarhus is not only ideal for a beach holiday, but it is also the European Capital of Culture for 2017 too. Corsica – France
